We reserve the right to place a reserve price on certain birds at the vendor’s request.
On any premium selling birds a bond may be required from the bidder, which will become non-refundable if you are the winning bidder and fail to make full payment.
In the closing 5 minutes of a lot ending, if a counter bid is made the bid time will be further extended by 5 mins and thereafter an additional 5 minutes added until no counter bids are presented within that 5 minutes…
To be the winning bid, the bid must be of the highest bid placed without no other bid within the 5 minute closing time.
In the event of any downtime on the website due to technical problems or circumstances out of our control server problems, we reserve the right to extend the period of finish time.
If your bid is successful you will be then emailed the invoice for the winning pigeon and Full payment is to be made ASAP but within 5 days of the auction closing,
Payments can be made via card payment, or bacs we will also contact you to arrange payment.
A daily fee of £5.00 will be added to birds that are still in our care after day 10.
VAT duty will be added to your final auction price invoice total in accordance with the sales commission value – Excelsior Pigeon Ltd VAT reg no; 400 2092 66
In the event of us not taking full payment for your purchase your name will be displayed on the site as a defaulter and Non payers will be banned.

Excelsior pigeon can make online bids on behalf of others if a commission bid is offered via the web or telephone
Buyers from outside the UK are responsible for any bank charges incurred by Excelsior Pigeon services.
